Eine der ganz seltenen Single Cask Abfüllungen von der Midleton Distillery aus dem Jahr 1997, gereift in einem First Fill Bourbon Barrel. Sehr fruchtbetont mit sagenhafte Komplexität durch die Würze und Kraft der Fassstärke.
Nase: Trockenfrüchte wie Aprikose und Pfirsich, Vanille und etwas tropische Früchte.
Palate: Würzig mit Ingwer und weissem Pfeffer, Birnen, Orangen und Vanille.
Finish: Mittellang mit leichter Kräuternote, Melone, Vanillepudding und feinherbes Gewürz.
